◦ While we make every effort to ensure that our drafts are accurate, complete, and in compliance with the client’s specifications, Taj Multiservices does not accept liability for errors or omissions in the drafts or documents provided. Clients are responsible for reviewing all drafts and ensuring their accuracy before approval.
4. Third-Party Costs
◦ Taj Multiservices shall not be responsible for any third-party costs, fees, or damages incurred as a result of using our drafting services, including but not limited to construction delays, legal disputes, or permits.
5. Force Majeure
◦ Taj Multiservices shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in the performance of services due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of government, war, pandemics, strikes, or other force majeure events.
6. Indemnification
◦ By using our services, clients agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Taj Multiservices from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from the use of our drafting services, including but not limited to any claims brought by third parties.
7. Review and Approval of Work
◦ Clients must review and approve all drafts, drawings, and deliverables provided by Taj Multiservices. Once approved, the client acknowledges that the drafts are considered final and that Taj Multiservices is not responsible for any subsequent changes, errors, or issues not identified during the review process.

At Taj Multiservices, we strive to deliver high-quality architectural drafting services tailored to meet your specific needs. We want our clients to be completely satisfied with our work. Please review the refund policy below to understand our process.
1. Service Satisfaction and Revisions

• Initial Deposits: A deposit or upfront payment may be required before starting the drafting process. This deposit secures your project slot and covers the initial preparation costs. Deposits are non-refundable once work has started.
• Consultation Fees: Any fees for consultations, preliminary designs, or project assessments are non-refundable once the service has been provided.
• Completed Work: Once drafts or deliverables have been completed and delivered, they are considered final and are not eligible for a refund.
4. Requesting a Refund

5. Refund Process
If a refund is granted, the refund will be processed to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
